Dr. Zingales was awarded an OrgSyn PUI grant titled "A multi-PUI collaboration into developing an umpolung Biginelli-like reaction: investigating the role of the carbamate leaving group and nucleophile to synthesize novel oxazolinones". This collaborative project with Dr. Michael Wentzel at Augsburg University will support summer research at USJ for 2 years.
